Nancy’s Journey

Nancy leads conversations and partnerships that help organizations rethink longevity, workforce design, and wellbeing. She hosts the Glowing Older podcast (interviews with 230+ experts), runs The Contento Group advising brands on longevity strategy, and created SeniorTrade – a B2B platform and e-newsletter for senior living and aging services professionals. Her practical, program-focused work is built to help organizations design age-inclusive cultures, events, and programs to change the narrative around aging.

This present-day work is informed by a long career connecting wellness, hospitality, and media – from founding industry platforms to creating community-driven professional learning. Those early ventures taught Nancy how to build networks, translate research into practice, and convene the right people to solve real problems.

Nancy founded The Wellness Resource, led SpaTrade and SpaExec, and later served in editorial leadership after those ventures were acquired. Today, she channels that experience into consulting, keynotes, and experiential programs that directly support employers, communities, and product teams ready to act on the New Longevity.

She also founded ExposeAgeism, a movement dedicated to combating ageism across the beauty, wellness, and consumer industries - challenging stereotypes and reshaping cultural narratives about aging.

Through her agency, Nancy now advises longevity, wellness, and lifestyle brands on content strategy, PR, community building, and business development. Her clients range from global corporations like L’Oréal and Estée Lauder, to emerging innovators building the future of healthspan, wellspan, and purposeful aging.
